We are currently producing the Gift Boxes with all of the super local and fresh flavors from the trees. We intend to have all Gifts ready for pickup or delivery, or in the mail by November 2025 so they arrive in time for the holiday giving season. Tree Saplings are available in April 2026 for Spring planting season.
We want to plant the baby trees in ideal conditions to give them the best chance to thrive, so your tree saplings will be available in Spring 2026.
Donations are accepted and gifts mailed or delivered year round.
Unfortunately we cannot ship saplings for their safety.
If you support us from afar, we will ship your gifts to you and plant the trees locally on protected lands.

We are ready to ​plant exceptional varieties of nut trees in your backyards, on protected public land, and all over the place.

Every donation helps us plant the forests of the future. To thank you for your support we are excited to share our experience turning forest-ingredients into delicious flavors.​ Each donation gets a box with unique gifts like acorn flour, chestnut flour, Sage's tested recipes, artwork, and more.

Our dream for the Hudson Valley is acorns and hickory nuts cascading down with the autumn leaves, sap dripping from the winter taps, birds nesting in spring's stretching branches, and mushrooms sprouting in the summer shade at the base of giant giving trees. We can already feel the power of the giving trees taking root... But in case you need a little taste - our acorn and chestnut flours, maple syrup, roasted chestnuts, acorn ice cream, and fresh apple cider should do the trick.

All items are processed in a location that processes NUTS and many of the items include NUTS!
We are sharing the items listed above as thank you gifts for your contributions toward planting trees.
None of the items are "for sale" and thus all contributions are donations in support of planting trees.
